The chiller is an intelligent device that can automatically adjust temperature and parameters through various controllers to optimize its operating status. The core control system of the device includes sensors, controllers and actuators.

The sensor continuously monitors the status of the chiller, such as temperature and pressure, and transmits this key information to the controller. After receiving this data, the controller will calculate and analyze it based on the preset temperature and parameters and the monitoring results of the sensor. The controller will then generate a control signal to instruct the actuator to adjust the operating status of the chiller.

In addition, a chiller is equipped with multiple controllers, each of which performs its own function and together maintains the stable operation of the entire industrial temperature control equipment.

Chiller controller components

In addition to the core control system, the equipment also includes many other important components.

Temperature sensor: monitors the operating temperature of the chiller and transmits the data to the controller.

Power module: responsible for providing power supply.

Communication module: supports remote monitoring and control functions.

Water pump: controls the circulation of water.

Expansion valve and capillary tube: control the flow and pressure of refrigerant.

The chiller controller also has fault diagnosis and alarm functions.

When any fault or abnormal situation occurs in the chiller, the controller will automatically send out a striking alarm signal according to the preset alarm conditions, and promptly remind the operator to handle and solve the problem, thereby effectively avoiding any possible losses and risks.
